Supplementary estimates.-(!) The Boarcl may, at any time during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting. (2) The provisions of sub-sections (3) and (4) of S1:ction 107 and of sections 108 to II 0 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
