Approval of Government to estimates.-(!) Every Ruch estimate, a'l sanctioned by the Board, shall be submitted to the Government who may, at any time within two months after receipt of the ftame,- (a) approve the estimate, or (b) disallow the estimate or any portion thereof, and return the estimate to the Board for amendment. (2) If any estimate i~ so returned to the Boat d, it "hall forthwith pt occed to amend it and shall resubmit the estimate as nmended to the Government who may then approve it.
