In clause (C-1) of sectiOn 3 of the Land Acquisition Act (Tra- vancore Act XI of 1 089), hereinafter in th1s Schedule 1 eferred to as "the said Act", the following words and figures shall be deemed to be inserted at the end, namely :- "and mcludes the Board of Trustees for the Improvement of the City of Tnvand1 urn, constituted unde1 sectiOn 3 of the Tnvandrum City Imprevement Trust Act, 1960".
