The Commissioner of the Corporation or the executive authority of any municipality or panchayat in which the area was previously included shall furnish the Chairman, at his request, with a copy of, or extracts from, the assessment list of the Corporation of the municipality or panchayat, as the case may be, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by the Government in that behalf.
