If any person, without lawful authority,-- (a) removes any fence or shoring timber, or removes or extinguishes any light, set up under section 62, or (b) infringes any order given, or removes any bar, chain or post fixed, under sub-section (2) of section 63,-- he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
