(1) The Board may, at any time during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting. (2) The provisions of sub-section (3) and (4) of section 107 and of sections 108 to 110 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
