The two trustees referred to in sub-section (1) of section 103 in whose names any sinking fund is invested may, from time to time, apply the same, or any part thereof, in or towards the discharge of the loan or any part of the loan for which such fund was established; and until such loan is wholly discharged, shall not apply the same for any other purpose.
