Functions of the Public Health Board —(1) The Public Health Board shall advise the Government on such matters relating to the public health administration of the State or any at 129 local area therein as the Government may, suo moto or on refer- ence made to them by the Director of Public Healin or any local authority, from time to time, refer to it. (2) " vhe meetings of the Board and the mode of ivannats tion of business at such meetings shall be governed by such regulations as may be framed by it. (3) Thc proceedings of the Board shall not be invalidated by reason of any vacancy in the office of the President, or a member.
