Term of Office of elected members.—(1) Save as other- wise provided, the term of office of the members other than the ex-officio members shall be for a period of three years com- mencing from the date on which the first meeting of the Board is held. (2) An out-going member shail continue 1n office until the election of his successor and shall be eligible for re-election.
