The High Court shall, as soon as conveniently may be, frame rules to regulate the procedure in the case of applications under section 60, the amount of the costs thereof and the execution of orders passed thereon, and until such rules are framed, the practice of such court in proceedings other than suits and appeals shall apply so far as may be practicable, to such applications.
