(1) The keeper of a printing press who has been ordered to deposit security under sub-section (2) of section 40, or any person having an interest in any property in respect of which an order of forfeiture has been made under section 41. section 43, section 45. section 47, or section 56 may within two months from the date of such order apply to the High Court to set aside such order and the High Court shall decide if the newspaper, book or other document in respect of which the order was made did or did not contain any words, signs or visible representations of the nature referred to or described in section 41, sub-section (1) (2) The keeper of a printing press in respect of which an order of forfeiture has been made under sub-section (2) of section 49 on the ground that it has been used in contravention of sub-section (1) of that section may apply to the High Court to, set aside the order on the ground that the press was not so used.
