(1) Any District Magistrate may, by order in writing and subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, authorise any person by name to publish a news-sheet, or to publish news-sheets from time to time. (2) A copy of an order under sub-section (1) shall be furnished to the person thereby authorised. (3) The Magistrate may at any time revoke an order made by him under sub-section (1).
