When a society is dissolved under section 25, the court may, if the Government are willing to accept the management of the society, order that such management shall be handed over to the State Government or that any surplus assets remaining after the satisfaction of the debts and liabilities of the society may be given to some other society which has for its objects, the furtherance of aims similar, as near as may be, to the objects of the dissolved society.
