Procedure on charge under Sectwn 73. Where the Court is satisfied, after such prehmmary mquiry, If any, as it thinks necessary, that there Is ground for mqmring mto any offence referrPd to m Section 73 and appearmg to have been committed by the msolvent, the Court may record a finding to that effect and make a complaint of the offence m wnting to a Magistrate of the First Class havmg jurisdiction, and such Magistrate shall deal with such complaint m the manner laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898.
