Special promsions in regard to tmmovable property. ( 1) In any local area m wh1ch a declaratiOn has been made under SectiOn 68 of the Code of C1vil Procedure, 1908, and 1s m force no sale of Immovable property paymg revenue to the Govern- ment or held or let for agricultural purposes shall be made by the receiver; but after the other property of the insolvent has been realised, the Court shall ascertam- (a) the amount required to satisfy the debts proved under this Act after deducting the moneys already received; (b) the immovable property of the msolvent remaining unsold; and (c) the incumbrances (If any) existmg thereon; and shall forward a statement to the Collector containmg the particulars aforesaid; and thereupon the Collector shall proceed to raise the amount so required by the exercise of such of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 2 to 10 of the Third Schedule to the said Code as he thinks fit, and subject to the provisions of those paragraphs so far as they are applicable, and shall hold at the disposal of the Court all sums that may come to his hands, by the exercise of such powers. (2) Nothing m this Act shall be deemed to affect any pro- visions of any enactment for the time being in force prohibit- ing or restricting the execution of decrees or orders agamst immovable property; and any such provisions shall be deemed to apply to the enforcement of an order of adjudication made under th1s Act as if it were such a decree or order.
