Power to 6ancel one of concurrent orders of adju.dioa- tion. If, m any case in which an order of adjudication has been made, It shall be proved to the Court by which such order was made that insolvency proceedmgs are pendmg in another Court against the same debtor, and that the property of the debtor can be more conveniently distributed by such other Court, the Court may annul the adjudication or stay all proceedings thereon. ~
