(1) The trustee of every institution shall furnish such accounts, returns, reports or other information relating to the administration or management of the institution in his charge to the Board within such time, as it may prescribe or require. (2) Where a receiver or other officer appointed by any Court is in management of an institution, such Court may, on the request of the Board, direct the receiver or other officer to furnish the Board from time to time, with the accounts of income and expenditure of the institution so as to enable the Board to bring to the notice of such Court objections, if any, relating to such accounts.
