All immovable properties vested in the Cochin Devaswom Board under sub-section (1) of Section 62 shall be dealt with as Devaswom properties. The provisions of the Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 1957 (8 of 1958) shall be applicable to Devaswom lands as in the case of Government lands. Inserted by Act 14 of 1990 (w.e.f. 29/05/1990).
