A person shall not be qualified for nomination or election as a member of the Board unless he is a permanent resident of the [State of Kerala excluding the Malabar District] and [is a Hindu] and 10A[has attained the age of fifty years in the case of a male member and has attained the age of sixty years, in the case of a female member]. Substituted by the Kerala Adaptation of Laws Order, 1956. Substituted by Act 20 of 1990 (w.e.f. 04/03/1989). Substituted by ACT 5 OF 2007 Published in K.G.Ext.
