All public officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to incorporated and unincorporated Devaswom or Hindu Religious Endowments or any movable or immovable property thereof shall furnish the same, or such copies of or extract from the same, as may be required by the Devaswom Commissioner or any other officer of the Devaswom Department authorised by him in this behalf.
