(1) The Board shall in each year prepare a budget for the next financial year showing the probable receipts and disbursements of the incorporated and unincorporated Devaswoms and Hindu Religious institutions under the management of the Board during that financial year. The Board shall also within two months of the commencement of each financial year submit to the Government such number of copies of the budget so prepared as the Government may direct. (2) The Board shall in each financial year prepare an annual administration report of the working of the Board during that year and shall within three months of the commencement of the next financial year submit to the [Government] such number of copies of the said report as the [Government] may direct.
