The President of the Board may grant copies of proceedings or other records on payment of such fees and subject to such conditions as may be determined by the Board. Copies shall be certified by the President of the Board or by such officer as may be authorised by him in this behalf in the manner provided in Section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act as made applicable to Cochin by Proclamation, dated the 21st day of Makaram, 1080.
