(1) Where an order for the suspension or removal of a trustee or office-holder or servant or for the appointment of a new trustee has been made under sub-section (3) of Section 87 or Section 88 or Section 89, as the case may be, or where an order for the assumption of management of an institution has been made under Section 99, the Board may pass such other or further orders as it may deem necessary for giving effect to the order. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in sub-section (1), the Board may pass such orders for the search or seizure of the keys, jewels, vessels, furniture, records and other properties movable and immovable belonging to the said institution or for the transfer of their possession to such person or persons as it may direct.
