Technical Secretariat of the Kerala Urban Art Commission.— The Office of the Chief Town Planner shall function as the Technical Secretariat of the Kerala Urban Art Commission and in order to enable to perform the functions of the Kerala Urban Art Commission under this Act, the Government may provide such additional officers and staff, as it may consider necessary.
