Metropolitan Planning Committee to issue guidelines for preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions.—Metropolitan Planning Committee may, from time to time, issue guidelines for the preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions, such that these plans are prepared in conformity with the Perspective Plan and Execution Plan of the Metropolitan Area and any other plans under this Act.
