Officers and Staff of the Department of Town and Country Planning.—(1) There shall be a Department of Town and Country Planning with the Chief Town Planner as the Head of the Department to advise and render technical assistance to the Government on matters related to town and country planning. (2) The Government shall appoint such officers and staff in the Department of Town and Country Planning with such terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed and the office of the Chief Town Planner shall function as the technical secretariat of the Board.
