(1) This act may be called the [Kerala Toddy Worker's Welfare Fund Act]. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall come into force* on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint. Substituted by Act 31 of 1978, w.e.f. 1-2-1979 in K.G.Ext 723 dt. 13-11-1978. Date of Commencement: 29-12-1969 as per notification Pub. in K.G.Ext.305 dt. 29-12-1969.
