Service conditions and term of office of the Chairperson and members.—(1) The Chairperson and the non-official members of the Board may hold office for a period of five years from the date on which they assume the office. (2) The salary and allowances payable to the Chairperson and other members and other conditions of service shall be such as, may be prescribed.
