Power to make regulations.—(1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, to carry out the purposes of this Act by notification in the Gazette. 32 This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regulations providing for,— (a) the manner in which the persons are to be temporarily associated under sub- section (1) of section 11; (b) the time, place and procedures of the meeting of the Board under sub-section (1) of section 12; (c) the powers relating to the financial matters to be exercised and the duties to be discharged under sub-section (1) of section 15.
