Payment of compensation to be full discharge of liability to pay Thiruppuvaram.-The payment of compensatiOn under th1s Act to the fhiruppuholders shall be a full discharge of the liability for payment of Thiruppuvaram and no further claim for Thiruppu- varam or for payment of compensatiOn shall he against the Government or the land holders.
