Appeal from orders under section 14.-(1) Any per~on aggt1eved by the dec1sion of the prescribed authority under ~ectJon 14 may, w1thin three months from the date of the deci~ion, appeal to the Submdmate Judge\ Coutt and the court may pas~ ~uch o1der on the appeal as 1t thmks fit.
