He-transfer of certam suzts for possesswn of, or llljunction zn relatzotz to, land.-If any swt transferred to the Revenue DiviSional Officer by any Court m pursuance of section 6A of the Madras Cultivating Tenants Protection Act, 1955 (Madras Act XXV of 1955), was pendmg with the Revenue D1visional Officer on the 27th day of September, 19511, on which date the said Act expired, the Revei•ue DivisiOnal Officer shall re-transfer the suit to the Court which transferred the sUit to him, and that Court shall proceed to deal w1th the suit from the stage at which it stood at the time of transfer. --------- ----·-------- *Received the assent of the Governor on 17th February 1963.
