Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Stay of Eviction Proceedings Act, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th July, 2001 and shall be in force till the 30th March, 2003.
