Dejinitions.-In this Act, unless the context otherwise requircs,- (a) "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Commission; (b) "Commission" means the Kcrala State Youth Commission constituted under section 3; (c) "Government" means the Government of Kerala; (d) "member" means a member of the Commission; (c) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (f) "youth" means a person who has completed his eighteen years of age but has not completed his fortieth years of age. 14 CHAPTER II CONSTri1JTION OF THE COMMISSION
