Chairperson, Members, Secretary, Officers and Etnployees of the Commission to be public servant.· --The Chairperson, Members, Secretary, Officers and Employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
