Contributions, endowments etc. to the Commission.--The Commission may, with the previous sanction of the Government, and subject to such terms and conditions as may be required by the Government in this matter, receive money from any organization or person by way of donation, contribution or in any other name, for creating endowments and for providing prizes to encourage the' youth in various literary, cultural and sports activities. 19 CHAPTER IV FINANCE, ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
