Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (Passenger Group Personal Accident Insurance, Improved Passenger Amenities, Employees' Social Security and Cess on Passenger Ticket) Act, 2014. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of October, 2014.
