Erratum vide SRO No.868/2021 52 recognized institution, is eligible to be registered as medical practitioner under this Act. (2) No person shall be eligible for registration under sub-section (1), if he is subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in clauses (a) to (d) of section 11.
