Appointment of Officers and Staff.— (1) Government may appoint a State Welfare Officer of Lottery, such number of District Welfare Officers of Lottery and 10 other staff on deputation from the Kerala State Lotteries Department for assisting the Chief Executive Officer in implementing the provisions of this Act. (2) The Chief Executive Officer of the Board shall be responsible for implementing the decisions of the Board.
