(1) The minutes of meeting of the Executive Committee showing inter alia the names of the members present thereof shall be circulated to all the members not later than twenty-one days from the date of the meeting. The minutes shall thereafter be recorded in a Minutes Book as a permanent record. (2) The records of minutes of each meeting shall be signed by the Chairman after confirmation at the meeting with such modifications, if any, as may be considered necessary.
