(1) In ordinary circumstances, a membership terminated shall not be revived. However, an opportunity will be given in case of termination under Para 18 (2) of the Scheme to revive his membership after purchasing an average tickets for more than Rupees Ten Thousand per month for six months before he is re-admitted to the Fund. (2) Such members are ineligible to get all the benefits enumerated in this Scheme for the succeeding one year. (3) The revival of membership of any kind shall be decided by the Chief Executive Officer on proper recommendation from the concerned District Welfare Officer of Lottery. (4) The member has to remit a fine of Rupees Ten for each month plus the prescribed subscription for the defaulted months. The member shall submit all such documents showing settlement of arrears to the Chief Executive Officer through the District Welfare Officer of Lottery for taking decision. (5) The nominees/dependants of deceased members whose membership become invalid/terminated cannot be renewed or revived as defined above and shall not be eligible to avail any benefits under this Welfare Fund Scheme.
