Repeal and Saving.—(1) The Kerala State Higher Education Council Ordinance, 2007 (49 of 2007) is hereby repealed. 1 Substituted by Act 19 of 2018( w.e.f. 05-07-2017). (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
