Composition of the Council.—(1) The Council shall comprise of the following bodies, namely:— (a) the 3[Advisory Body]; (b) the 4[Governing Body]; (c) the 5[Executive Body (2) The Bodies of the Council shall be reconstituted 6[simultaneously] every four years from the date of their constitution: Provided that in the event of delay in the reconstitution of the Bodies, they 7[shall continue to hold office till their reconstitution].
