Short title, Extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala State Higher Education Council Act, 2007. * Received the assent of the Governor on the 13 th day of October, 2007 and published in the Kerala Extrordinary Gazette No. 1856 dated 15th October,2007. 1 Substituted by Act 19 of 2018( w.e.f. 05-07-2017). (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 25th January, 2007.
