(1) Save as otherwise provided in theseRegulations, the following Regulations are hereby repealed; a. Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2015. b. Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Energy) Amendment Regulations, 2017. c. Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Distributed Solar Energy Systems) Regulations, 2014 d. Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission Grid Interactive Distributed Solar Energy Systems) Amendment Regulations, 2016. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Regulations shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these Regulations.
