(1) If the payment of bills for charges payable under these Regulations is made by the distribution licensee to the renewable generator within five calendar days of presentation of bills by the renewable generator, a rebate of 2% shall be allowed to the licensee. (2) Where payments are made by the distribution licensee to the RE generator within a period of one month of presentation of bills by the generating company, a rebate of 1% shall be allowed to the licensee.
