Salaries, allowances and the administrative expenses to be allotted from grants.—The salary and allowances of the Chairperson, the honorarium, allowances and sitting fees payable to the members and the administrative expenses including salary, allowances and pension to the officers and staff referred to in sub-section (4) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 5 shall be utilised from the grants referred to in sub-section (1) of section 12.
