Chairperson, Members, Secretary and other officers and staff to be public servants.— The Chairperson, Members, Secretary and other officers and staff shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).
