Annual report of the Commission.—(1) The Commission shall within three months after the end of each financial year submit to the Government an annual report giving a full account of the activities and programmes undertaken during the previous financial year in such Form and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) A copy of the report received under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly by the Government within six months from the date of receipt of the same. 24 This is a digitally signed Gazette.
