Supervision of issuing Minority Community Certificate. If any case of difficulty in the matter of issuing of Minority C ommunity Certificate, in the manner and form specified by the Government, to persons belonging to Minority Communities residing in the State, comes to the notice of the Commission, the Commission may report the same to the Government and suggest remedial measures.
